The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre. Everything was great.

I have to admit, this is practically the perfect hotel... Everything is very modern, functional, thought out in detail and stylish... The room/hotel itself... 1. Silence - excellent sound insulation both outside and inside the room. 2. The toilet is separated from the bath and closed by a quiet heavy door. 3. Perfect beds - mattresses, pillows, blankets, sleeps better than at home. 4. Fast quality wi-fi throughout and near the hotel. 5. Capsule coffee machine in the room, capsules are updated daily. 6. In addition to sockets, USB ports throughout the room - convenient, modern, provides a huge amount of equipment)). 7. Large LCD TV in the room. 8. There is a terrace on the roof (there is nowhere to sit, but there are a couple of tables). Location - super! Now we will always stay in this area... PS room was taken without breakfast, as their price exceeds 2-2.5 times the price in the numerous cafes on the street.
Breakfast only, as well as a rooftop terrace.

The design of the hotel is exceptional. The Bistro Porto has excellent cuisine. Very comfortable location 15min walk from the historical centre. The staff was extremely friendly, understanding and efficient. We would repeat without thinking (but far from the top floor / whip, not that they have a party).
first night started badly: there was a wedding on the top floor. Our room was literally under the dance floor. Impossible to sleep. However, staff, apologizing at all times, reacted correctly and moved us to another room (they offered it to us from the beginning, because we were so stubborn we held out until 2:30 a. m. we could no longer cope with the music and party above our heads) and problem was solved.

hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet step:, to the underground station Karlplatz and tram stops, literally, 2-3 minutes to the Vienna Opera and Albertina Museum - 7 minutes to the Vienna Philharmonic - 7 minutes to the historic market Naschmarkt - 5 minutes to the upper Palace Belvedere - 15 minutes to the Cathedral of St. Stephen - 20 minutes to the Hofburg Palace - 15 minutes. Good, full range of dishes for breakfast buffet: omelette, eggs, sausages, fried bacon, muesli and cereals of different varieties, Nice, live yogurt, juices, water, various varieties of meat and cheese cuts a lot of fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, pineapple, kiwi and canned melon, apricots, papaya. Various varieties of tea for brewing in a kettle, coffee in a coffee pot and bespoke espresso, cappuccino, Americano. You can also order eggs and omelets with additives, such as tomatoes. Comfortable, modern rooms with separate bathrooms and bathrobes. Separately, I want to note the excellent beds, with excellent fresh linen, with a light and warm blanket and a pair of pillows. Stayed with a colleague very happy hotel. I recommend!
For my taste at breakfast was not enough vegetables, you could add more greenery, such as spinach, salad, arugula.

The hotel is beautiful. Has a very nice garden, where you can also dine in. The rooms are comfortable, service was great, breakfast was fabulous, the dinner we had one evening was very very good. Location of hotel is perfect.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Professional service. Ok breakfast. Lies just outside the city centre, but in a nice neighbourhood, with a few restaurants and bars. Got a bargain price which made the stay very priceworthy.
The aircon wasn't powerful enough to keep the room cool during nights.

Super bar and a great bartender who plays some fine jazz.
Shower head is terrible; full of residue and impossible to hence have a decent shower!
-
bathroom/ very smoky recieption/ no non-smoking area at the Bar/ T.V channel are very poor (limited) .. To me , it is more of 3-4 stars hotel and not 5*.......
-
Nice and well-sized rooms, big and well-equipped bathroom, sent of flowers in the hotel, fair breackfast and good service. Good location: the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the opera house.
One small negative remark - for a double bed you are provided with two small individual blanckets which may be disappointing for a couple who is used to share a blacket. No double blanckets are available.

Convenient location, fabulous food in the restaurant & helpful staff.

Overall comfort; nice rooms; nice staff; nostalgie - my 3rd stay including honeymoon in 1999
Allowed noisy people/parties in courtyard late at night To 2 a m one day

the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, the room was very good, particularly the TV/internet facilities and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The Mac with the wireless mouse and keyboard. I got a very discounted price and that is the reason I booked here, but it quickly became clear why they discount the rooms so much. The quality is 3 star at best..
The room entrance smelled of urine. Room was simple and lacked character that you'd expect at a 5 star hotel. Basic things such as shower caps were not provided. Breakfast had limited varieties and was the poorest we had during our 2-week trip. At check-in, I decided to leave the hotel but stay a night to avoid change fee. However, during check out I was charged the fee anyways!
